Here is a detailed list of services aimed at facilitating a smooth process for the patient at the hospital while ensuring the comfort of their relatives during their stay in India:

1. Receive the patient and their attendants at the Indian airport, providing transportation to the accommodation or hospital. Ambulance services are available if required.
2. Accompany the patient to the doctor for the OPD consultation.
3. Ensure a companion is present with the patient during tests and OPD consultations, eliminating the need for the patient to navigate these processes independently until the admission is finalized.
4. Regularly visit the patient during their hospital stay, ensuring the well-being of both the patient and their attendants.
5. Keep the referring doctor informed about the patient's progress.
6. Organize tours for attendants during the patient's recuperation process, accommodating the family's preferences.
7. Assist in the patient's discharge process and help settle their bills with the hospital.
